Though snow is just starting to dust Mount Hood, outdoor enthusiasts are already starting to make plans for enjoying Oregon’s many forests and mountains with a layer of white along the path. Snow does not have to be an activity inhibitor. You just need to know how to properly do so in the snow.

REI in Eugene, Oregon is conducting an Introduction to Snow Camping session to help educate Oregonians on being safe and having fun while camping this winter.
