Fishing Season Kick-Off With Pancakes
April 25 marks the first day of fishing season in the Northwest and the Sandy firefighters want you to start your season out right. Starting April 24 at 5pm, the firefighters will begin serving up pancakes, ham and eggs for 19 hours at the Sandy main fire station. This has been a community tradition since 1960. Proceeds from the fishing season kick-off will go toward scholarships and food baskets for the needy.
