REI is offering a Biking 101 seminar Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at its NW Portland store for just such people. USAT and Team in Training Coach Glen Sharp will be presenting on different types of bikes, gear, equipment and safety. The event is free at starts at 7:00pm.
