Oregon Free Fishing Weekend – June 6,7

Oregon-Fishing-FreeThe annual free fishing weekend in Oregon has been scheduled for June 6-7, 2009. That weekend will give residents without a fishing license the opportunity to enjoy some fishing, clamming or crabbing in their area at no charge. The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife has offered this free weekend for years as a way to get people interested in fishing and learn proper techniques and safety.
In many places the ODFW will provide first time fishermen and women with equipment for the day.

Tough Times Shouldn’t Keep you Indoors
