North Carolina Hike At Winston-Salem Lake

North Carolina residents may be interested in a day hike being sponsored by the Chargers and Rechargers Hiking Club taking place this Wednesday, November 28th at the Winston-Salem Lake and Salem Creek Trails. The seven mile hike is an all-level hike of over 300-acres of multi-use lake area. The hike will meander around the lake area and will include outdoor activities like fishing and picnicking in the area. For more information, call Frank Young at (828) 962-5188.

A hike up Mt. Turnbull in Arizona is being planned by the Bylas STEPP Coalition and the Office of Health Education. The hike is open to both adults and kids, though children under the age of 12 may not participate without an adult supervisor.
