Stub Stewart State Park Up and Running

Some of you may remember back in May when I wrote about the soon to be opened Stub Stewart State Park (see blog “Stub Stewart State Park to Open June 2007”).  Well the park opened on July 7, 2007, just a few days behind its original deadline.  More information about the new state park in Vernonia, Oregon is now available so I wanted to share that with you readers.

Toronto becomes second LED City, joining Raleigh, NC in LED Lighting Initiative

Toronto’s Association of Business Improvement Areas (TABIA) announced that the city will join Raleigh, North Carolina in a city-wide initiative to install LED lighting throughout the city’s infrastructure.
